We work with the client to carve out programs to suit the need. Trainings are customisable to suit the requirement.

Our typical process includes

• Discussions with managers to understand their current challenges and the gaps that they would like to address through the training
• Our consultative trainers will then design a program to meet these needs
• Training program will be delivered
• A free "follow-up" program will be conducted to take stock on how the trainees are performing, a revision of the earlier course to plug further gaps
• We recommend another enhanced program for these trainees in 3-6 months.
