The programs are outlined keeping three sets of learners in mind- exisiting recruiters who wish to optimise their performance, individuals who seek a career in recruitment but dont have the relevant experience  and finally the corporate clients .

Courses can be customised to suit our client's need and ensure the pain points are identified and training can be emphasised to deliver targeted results.

The programs are not "one off" but the trainers will make follow-up visits and take stock of the progress after the courses are delivered. Any subsequent gaps can then be addressed again, making your recruiter's fully equipped and result oriented.
