In order to tailor the learning solution to the needs of your business, RecTrain carries out a complete review of your existing training portfolio and the personal development plans of your staff. This review incorporates a cross mapping exercise to ensure that company standards are being met.

We then produce an overarching training plan which matches what is required and your existing training plan. Then incorporate other elements, where necessary. The aim is to ensure that the learning programme will achieve results for your business and the plan will include our recommendations to support the programme.
